Kieren isn't sure that he cares about bubbles or no and he shakes his tired head when he thinks of prolonging anything. He starts to strip off his trousers to join the shirt, crawling into the tub and closing his eyes as he sinks back into the warm water, his half-lidded gaze absently to the side.

He feels awful shutting down like this, but the future he sees is a bleak one and he'd rather not fixate on it.
